This week's challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is 'In the water', so I decided to alter my note pot as it's been looking rather dull on desk full of altered and colourful bits.
I've used:
- Blue tissue paper
- Lots of PVA glue
- Light blue dotty ribbon
- Blue and white sequins
- Pink Petticoat download images from 'Best Fishes'
- Marvy pens for colouring in
