So here's my cute lil FF bear again.. I added the ATC from the previous post to a card as a topper to fit as my entry for 2 more of this week's challenges.... Cute Card Thursday 'Xmas pressies' and Cupcake Craft challenges sketch...
I've used:

So here's my entry for this weeks Forever Friends challenge 'The ATC Challenge'.. not made an ATC in a while and as I don't swap them anymore I'm rather loathed to make them.. but then I realised I could use mine as a topper for a card :)

Lots To Do- Red & White

This weeks challenge over at Lots To Do has been set by Andrea and she picked the theme 'Red & white' so i bought out the dahlia folding technique again.
I've used:

• Red dotty ribbon

Edwins dog ATC

Here's a double challenge ATC i've just made. It's for this week's Cute Card Thursday challenge 'Cats or Dogs' and the Tilda & Co challenge 'Chocolate, pink & white'.
I've used:

• Pink ink pad smeared over whire card
• Paw print stamp
• Edwins dog image
• Brown ribbon
• 2 paw print brads (poppicraft)
• Marvy pens (to make the dog look muddy)

Tilda & Friends- new beginnings!

Oooh it's exciting i'm guest DT this week over at Tilda & Friends and i've set the theme of new beginnings.. i'll be giving a prize to the winner, including; ribbons, charms and some stamped images (spiral whispers, Pb, etc)... so come play along!

Autumn/Fall challenges

2 of this week's challenges are autmn/fall so wahey a double whammy challenge without combining ideas! Stamp Something challenge 'Fall Somethings' and Papertake Weekly with the theme 'Autumn Haze', so i've made this little ATC.
I've used:

• Sugar nellie image (from donna) coloured in with marvys
• Autumn colour inks for the background
• 2 gold eyelets
• Lilac jigsaw piece
• Bronzed up chipboard leaf
• Wired up wool

Cupcake craft challenge

Ooh I do like finding new challenges to play along with.... this is for the Cupcake Craft challenge where this week the challenge was to make an ATC.
I've used:

• Scrunched up paper
• Shades of blue ink to distress the paper
• Hero Arts penguin stamp
• Cool blue primas
• pearl ball beads

Quick and simple but still very cute :)

F is for..... Fairies!

This week's challenge over at ABC challenge is F is for fairies... now had i have known i was getting the lovely goodies from a Spoon Full Of Sugar i would have used those for the project but i had made this when the bits arrived... I've made an ATC for my DT piece...
I've used:

• ATC size card
• Gold, yellow, brown and bronze inks for the background
• 2 eyelets
• Metallic gold ribbon
• Rock Hard Fairy image (thanks donna) made 3d with foam pads

Puppy Love ATC

Just a quick piece this time.. it's my entry for 2 of this weeks challenges... Arty Girlz theme is 'no shop bought pattern papers' and Scrummy Stash Cafe 'all that glistens is not necessarily golden'.... so I've made an ATC with a stamped background using the dovecraft puppy love set and the swirls set, then i stamped my gold inkpad all over it to add sparkle... i used my new PB stamp 'Just next to you!' which i coloured in with marvys and added gem hearts to replace the stamped hearts.. and finally i added some of the gold hearts rescued from my mum's wedding presents lol... so in this case gold is glistening mainly.. but the red hearts sparkle too :)

Seasons ATCs

So the new challenge over at Tilda & Friends has been set by Vanessa and it's going to last for a whole 4 weeks! Her theme is seasons, so we have to make an ATC for each season using a magnolia character or stamp, I've used 3 tildas and an edwin for my ATCs.

My spring ATC uses an image of Tilda skipping coloured in with mavrys, flower vellu for the backing (thanks alison i've recycled it) and some green butterfly ribbon.

My summer ATC uses an image of tilda going swimming coloured in with my marvys, 2 felt flowers, backing paper from the kaboodle doodle kit 'skulls' and some papermania sticky ribbon.

My winter ATC uses a christmas edwin image coloured in with marvys, backing paper from the kaboodle doodle kit 'allstar', a wire crafty bits star and a christmas tree from a pack of Anita's dimensions stickers.

My autumn ATC uses a windswept tilda image coloured in with my marvys, wood effect backing paper, 2 gold eyelets, a wooden leaf embellishment, papermania stickers, and some wired wool from my ooh lal la goodies :)

One mammoth challenge completed, thanks for the great challenge nessy!

Paper Punches ATC swap

Right here we go, this is for the first bi-monthly ATC swap for the sbs18 girls that has been set up by Deena... this time the theme was to make an ATC using 2 paper punches but they couldn't make a border for your ATC... i only have 2 paper punches and they are little ones from the kiddy craft section in tesco so i had to use bunnies and ducks as part of the background. I've used lime green, bright blue and red inks for the background, blue paper punched shapes and a marvy coloured in image of hamish and now this will be winging it's way off to Deena some time next week :)

Tilda beads challenge

This weeks Tilda & Friends ATC challenge is 'beads' so I've made Tilda a necklace using black beads and little red swarovski crystals, it's held on with tiger tail and sellotape on the back of tilda... i've using check backing paper and a red flower eyelet (from my ooh la la goodies)... Tilda is coloured in with marvys and watercolour pencils :)

Tilda with buttons

This weeks Tilda & Friends ATC challenge is 'buttons' a nice simple one this week :)

I've used some pearlescent paper (sent to me by donna), purple metallic ribbon, 2 purple shell buttons and the image tilda goes shopping coloured in with marvys.

D is for Decoupage!

This weeks ABC challenge is d is for decoupage... so i've done an ATC with an oriental fabric pattern background, vintage elegent lady decoupage image and gold letter peel offs to write je taime as the lady seemed elegantly french to me. So come on over to ABC and join in this weeks fun!

Artifully Asian

This weeks My Time To Craft challenge is 'Artifully Asian' so i've made an ATC. I've used my new red ink pad on my oriental lantern stamp, added an oriental charm with red ribbon to secure it on and then i've doodled some oriental symbols onto the background using a silver marker pen

Animals ATC

This weeks challenge over at Ooh-la-la creations is 'all creatures great and small' so i had quick bash at this one.... i've used my new dovecraft duck stamp, inked him up once and stamped till nothing showed then added some colour with my marvy pens.... i stuck a gem on each whole duck and some seed beads to act as confetti to go with the streamers from the stamp

How does your garden grow?

This weeks SBS18 challenge has been set by Deena and she chose the theme 'how does your garden grow'.... so i made an ATC... the backing paper is pearlescent (sent in a bundle from donna), 2 silver skeleton leaves, 2 card flowers and 2 flower brads... i coloured the edge of the ATC in with a lilac marvy pen as white looked too bland

Magnolia Animals

This weeks Tilda & Co ATC challenge is 'our animal friends' so i've used the magnolia sheep and birds for the animals and the corner tree to fill in the gap at the side. I used watercoliur pencils and marvy pens to mix my colouring techniques.. the strange blodges at the top are actually grey and are meant to be clouds, the camera just didn't catch their colour very well :(

ATC storage box

Glad this idea got published in the new issue of the papercraft junkies mag as my made ATCs were littered everywhere as my ATC wall is full now of swaps lol... it's an ATC storage box made using 2 sheets of 12x12 cardstock... so i chose lime green for the base, didn't see the point in decorating the bit that no one would really ever see... and then a blue flower patterned piece for the lid and then i added some orange and yellow felt flowers to the lid as decoration... and there we have it a quick and easy way to keep my ATCs safe :)

Lots to do challenge- silhouettes

Here's my first piece of DT work for the lots to do challenge blog. This weeks challenge is silhouettes, so i've made an ATC using chequered blue paper, clear glitter hearts peel offs, white vine peel off and cut out shape of a couple... so go join in the challenge!
